Charley Beller
I graduated from the University of Rochester receiving a B.A. in Linguistics with Honors. I grew up in Rochester attending the city school #12, Monroe Middle School, and the School of the Arts.
My father worked as a psychologist for the Rochester Psychiatric Center; he also writes poetry. My mother works as a researcher in the development department at the University of Rochester; she also crochets and sells kippot. She just received a 2006 Chuck Cuminale Award for donating between 60 and 70 hand crocheted afghans to The Center for Youth over the past five years.
I have three older siblings. Jesse works in film and commercial production at R/GA in NYC. My other two siblings live in the San Francisco Bay area. Elise and her husband Miik are also involved in film. Michael is a reference librarian at Mills College in Oakland.
Megan is my lovely wife, and Naftali is our wonderful baby.
